I've built the technology and led people through change
I'm Vojta Tuma. Over the past eight years at Keboola I've grown from developer through head of development to Field CTO. Before that I spent several years as an engineer and team lead.
That gives me a foot in both worlds where transformation usually breaks: the reality of the technology and the reality of the organization and its leadership. I've worked across banking, retail and consumer goods with the people who own the outcome.
Alongside the work, I teach at the Prague University of Economics and Business — in master's programs and on the MBA. I enjoy translating complex things into decisions that make sense to a company's leadership.
